{"id":7445,"date":"2012-06-23T12:40:08","date_gmt":"2012-06-23T17:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.onelowerlight.com\/writing\/?p=7445"},"modified":"2012-06-23T12:41:59","modified_gmt":"2012-06-23T17:41:59","slug":"still-waiting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onelowerlight.com\/writing\/still-waiting\/","title":{"rendered":"Still waiting&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So the finalists for the first quarter Writers of the Future have been announced, but there hasn&#8217;t been any word on semi-finalists or silver HMs and probably won&#8217;t be until the winners are announced. \u00a0I can&#8217;t really publish part I of\u00a0<strong>Star Wanderers<\/strong> until I hear back, so that means more waiting. \u00a0Grrr&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, I&#8217;ve been finishing up the rough draft of the full-length novel. \u00a0I&#8217;m currently on the last chapter, probably about 2k words from the end. \u00a0Maybe I&#8217;ll finish it tonight&#8230;who knows?
