{"id":211,"date":"2008-04-12T20:13:46","date_gmt":"2008-04-13T03:13:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.onelowerlight.com\/writing\/?p=211"},"modified":"2008-04-12T20:13:46","modified_gmt":"2008-04-13T03:13:46","slug":"i-really-dont-want-to-write-this-paper","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onelowerlight.com\/writing\/i-really-dont-want-to-write-this-paper\/","title":{"rendered":"I really don&#8217;t want to write this paper"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As in I really, <em>really<\/em>, REALLY don&#8217;t want to write it.<\/p>\n<p>The class was good, and the stuff we learned was interesting (and even profoundly compelling at times), but the grading is arbitrary, the class didn&#8217;t present itself as a challenge, and I&#8217;ve already written one final paper this week.\u00a0 One freaking <em>fantastic<\/em> final paper that is going to rock my other teacher&#8217;s world (or at least break a 90, inshallah)!<\/p>\n<p>But yeah, I&#8217;ve got this paper due at 4:30 pm on Monday&#8230;and I haven&#8217;t written the first word yet (though I&#8217;ve written the bibliography and cover page)&#8230;and I&#8217;ve barely got my thesis argument figured out in my mind&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>All I really want to do is <em>write in my novel!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As in I really, really, REALLY don&#8217;t want to write it.
