Here is a list of all of the things we do as a family during the Christmas season. We don&#8217;t always hit all of them every year, but we do hit most of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut down a wild Christmas tree from the mountains (requires permit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorate the tree together<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do the daily advent calendar, with scriptures for each day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get a new framed picture of Jesus Christ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift one of our old pictures of Jesus Christ to a family friend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing group Christmas&nbsp;party<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neighborhood Christmas party<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Watch Mr. Kreuger&#8217;s Christmas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen to Handel&#8217;s Messiah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend a Messiah sing-along<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See the lights at Temple Square<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit the SLC German Market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buy something with&nbsp;the Giving Machine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive around our neighborhood to see the Christmas lights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go caroling together as a family<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make bread to share with neighbors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do the Vasicek extended family holiday&nbsp;book exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do the Dollar Store gift exchange with the extended Armstrong family<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get a 2024 calendar and fill it out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a new spread in the family scrapbook for 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write personal testimonies for the 2023 family scrapbook spread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s how the list stands as of right now.
