New Background

My old blog background was starting to get old, so I decided to change it. What do you guys think of the new one? Is it too busy and distracting, or do you think it works?

The image, by the way, is of the Greater Carina Nebula, taken from NASA’s excellent Astronomy Picture of the Day website. You can find the original image here.

  1. Doesn’t look too different to me overall… I think there’s less stars in the background behind the text though, which is good.

  2. There’s more pink! Woot!

    It jars with your purple scheme on the actual blog. To fix this, I suggest making everything pink. It would look fabulous! ;)

    (and other than the delightful extra pinkness, I really didn’t notice much else different. In fact, I can’t even remember what the previous background was other than ‘it was starry’ like this one)
