I was at the beach today with my family, and while we were sitting around in the sun a whole crowd of people gathered at the edge of the water. We wondered what they were looking at, so I walked over and saw this little guy pop his head up nearby some surfers! I didn't know that seals come down this far, but apparently they do. I wonder if they have a hangout on the cape somewhere.
