14th Century Meets the 21st
This is a shot of St. Patrick's Cathedral near Rockefeller square. It's really surprising to walk inside and find yourself in the middle of a Gothic cathedral. It's an awesome feeling. It really does look like something designed in the middle ages, but it's in the middle of an urban jungle. Maybe catholics get a feeling walking in here like the one we Mormons get walking into the Manhattan temple? I don't know. But I thought it would make a good shot, though it was a little too dark inside to take a decent shot.
