This billboard is posted right in the middle of the University of Jordan, next to the fountains and the clock that are at the center of campus. The advertisement is for family planning. The birth rate in Arab countries is significantly higher than anything in the Western world, so when you remember this it makes sense to have more things emphasizing family planning...in the Westernized parts of Amman, that is.
