Epiphallic
This is Amon at the temple in Karnak, pictured epiphallic--in other words, with an erect penis. There were tons of pictures like this all over the place in the temple. Why did the ancient Egyptians make pictures so obscene? Well, to them, it wasn't really obscene, it was actually a very important way of demonstrating the god's fertility, and the fact that he was the divine father. Believe it or not, there is an epiphallic hieroglyph in the Book of Abraham, in facsimile 2--turn it upside down and look to the left, at the guy sitting down. That's not his arm...
