This little kid lives on the street just outside of our apartment. At least, I assume that's so because that's where I've always seen him. When he sees you, he runs up to you and keeps repeating 'inta khas, inta khas,' (you're special) until you give him something. Maybe I shouldn't give him money (in fact, I know I shouldn't), but I did a couple of times...it's hard to know what to do.
