At BYU, when you're a freshman, you're required to take a first year writing class (unless you scored out of it through the AP English test). As a part of that class, you're required to take a tour of the library. The way the tour works is that you check out a CD player from the LRC, turn it on, and go where the voice tells you to go. The thing, though, is that while you're taking the tour, you tend to stand out among the hordes of other students who know where they're going. The picture on top is of some freshmen kids I saw the other day, taking the tour, and the comic strip on the bottom is posted up on the checkout desk at the LRC, making fun of the whole ordeal. You can tell it's the beginning of the semester when you see a whole bunch of freshmen taking the tour!
